I'm having a problem setting a password on my Linksys WRT54G wireless router. I have my 4 comps hardwired to the router and I want my room mates Mac to use the wireless signal.
I went to the Linksys setup page, enabled wireless security, set it to WEP and typed in my the 10 digit HEX number. But when he tries to connect his MAC and enter the hex key (password) it says "invalid". His Mac has no problem connecting when the router is un-secure.
I also try and connect my phone to the wireless and it just keeps trying to obtain the address......? Do I need drivers for the router or am I missing something.
