Even if you did manage to fit one, and it worked (big if because of whitelist). it would just melt your laptop like ice cream.

What you are asking for, wont work with an Lenovo S145 and isnt the greatest idea either.

Nope
 
The cooling looks awful, better not change to a CPU with higher TDP. Also it isn't easy soldering BGA packages by yourself.
