SmartScan Software

So Me and my boyfriend have been trying to find a software for a specific scanner called SmartScan im not sure if it's only brazilian but the box is in Portuguese so it might be, when he plugs it in it works but it doesnt seem to scan anything on screen, when he tries to scan it shows that it has scanned but again nothing appears on screen

What device are you connecting it to, to see the scans?
Windows computer, iOs device etc.
Windows generally sends scans to a folder called scanned documents, it won't show directly on the screen, you have to find them.

windows! and it worked! it was apparently only the battery? even tho it was detected and such
