So which heatsink...?

so I've having trouble deciding between the zalman CNPS9700NT and the Thermalright TRUE Black 120 for my new evga 790 ultra board, from what I hear the 120 is better, I'm pretty much trying to get the best air cooling sink I can get, any thoughts?? :confused:

alright well I ended up getting the thermalright true black 120. So now I gotta get a fan for it lol, I was thinking about this one but not sure, oh and yea I know I gotta update my sig :roll:

the TRUE was the better choice, but a xigmatek would have been better again.
