Now I know that on the internet it's very easy to find tutorials about pretty much any software we desire. But I'm looking for tutorials that solidwork users have actually used and has helped them master the software in a way that they can make any kind of project. I have some experience in 3ds max but would love to learn solidworks as well.

I have Solidworks 2013. I've got Solidworks 2014 coming any day now. One of the great things about Solidworks is that it has built in tutorials that are actually really good. Just go to Help and then you'll see it.

EDIT: I don't personally have it, but I ensure it's purchased every year for our engineers. I go through some of the tuts every year to stay up todate.

I use SolidWorks 2014. I taught myself from the tutorials and, suprisingly Youtube for when you get stuck. It is an incredible program. I do believe you cannot unlock its full potential unless you take some type of professional training, which I also did. The training files that I was taught with are one the Solidworks website but probably will do you no good without the manual. Program tutorials and youtube is the best free way, but if you are going to spend $4500 on a program get the seller to throw in training too. That's what I did.
