[Solved] Fallout 4 - Game breaking bug!

After being to Far Harbor, I traveled back to the Commonwealth (thanks to Preston and his settlements needing help) and enemies there are now invincible! I thought something was wrong with my gun, but even at a settlement with heavy missile turrets blowing at them, ordinary raiders and mutants don't receive any damage at all. Not even Codsworth my companion can kill anyone!

I tried switching the difficulty to very easy, and the problem still remains!

Only enemies in the Commonwealth are affected. I can kill enemies in Far Harbor.

Does anyone else have this issue? I didn't find anything on google.

Is there a fix?

Solved it by exiting and re-starting the game (not just reloading the save).

It's not related to Far Harbor that's why google didn't yield any results. I had thought so because it happened the first time to me after returning to the Commonwealth from Far Harbor. It's a relatively uncommon bug where collision goes off for bullets and they pass right through, and it is solved by exiting the game and restarting it.

I ran into a few bugs that were only solved by starting from a save BEFORE the bug began, even if the bug started towards the end of the save it seems to infect the entire save file, it must be sometging about how fo4 saves progress i assume, although i never got this specific bug, the conditions are VERY similar.

One of my bugs involved only my character having missing flesh/clothes, aka serious clipping in only my character.amongst others.

Just got all the DLC for the game, and am playing through Automatron. I upgraded Ada to a sleeker, faster Assaultron platform, and painted her pink, just to rub it in to Jezebel that she's WAY more polite, which I guess weirdly translates to the illusion of more feminine.

Pretty good stuff so far. Looking forward to playing Far Harbor, but I'm not sure I'll like Wasteland Workshop's capturing creatures and having them fight. It looks like there's no story quests related to that.
