I was trying to fix a usb issue “usb status over current detected” and I had to restart my computer since I changed something in my settings
After restarting my computer doesn’t display anything

It turns on and still even powers usb devices (only got it to power my microphone, keyboard and mouse doesn’t power on)

And this happened before with this usb issue and all I had to do was power it off completely and turn it back on to get back a display

But now it’s not returning anything

Things I’ve tried: swapping hdmi cables, switching wall ports, disconnecting everything from the computer beside the vital things, clearing cmos (tried jumping pins, removing battery)

My computer randomly got this usb issue yesterday and now after restarting to try to fix it, its not showing display, if anyone has any tips on what to try next it would be very appreciated.

I just realized something else, I have a rgb profile that automatically loads up when it goes into windows, I don’t believe windows is even loading and potentially on the “usb status over current detected” error, since I did read about another person having this issue, only difference is that they were able to see the post on display

Power it off. Unplug the psu. Clear cmos. Resart it. See what happens.

What did you change before doing the restart?

I believe It was just a ip flush, ipconfig /flushdns

Sadly didn’t help

Okay, well I rebuilt the whole system and I had it like a test bench built outside the case and it somehow worked? I was finally able to get a display after am guessing taking out the cpu and putting it back in
