A while ago, I got a Sony Walkman (NW-E005F) for my birthday. It is an excellent little MP3 player, and I'm very happy with it.
Unfortunately, Sony f-cked up my happiness by giving me propriatry software to use.
This software, which I have to use if I am to move files on and off my Walkman, is about as bad as Norton Antivirus. It is slow, it has a bad interface, a terrible song-import system (for CDs with multiple artists, you have to find and label each file from the CD as a composition for them to appear as an album). It also requires and administrator accound to work (wtf?), and music files HAVE to be known to SonicStage to be able to be imported.
As you can see, I am quite frustrated with this program, and I'd like to know if there is an alternative, preferably freeware.
Any suggestions are welcome!
