Usually, the only sources of vibration are from spinning items, Fans (including the PSU fan(s)), HDD's, Optical Discs and H2O Pumps

In my HAF 932, I've put rubber grommets on all fan mounts. Didn't do anything to the PSU, as it's just about silent and no vibration that I've ever noticed. My H2O pump is on rubber legs and completely silent.

Loudest noise in the case is the DVD drive when spinning and the radiator fans, those are isolated so it's just rushing air noise. Oh, yea, and my 5870 during the summer when I bump up the fan speed ;)

Any component that has moving part's will generate some level of noise (to a degree, if you can hear it or not is dependant on your ear's) so i guess the PSU, case fan's, HDD's, ROM drive's would be the major culprit's.

You could also line the inside of the case with sound damping material for further isolation, IIRC FrozenCPU carries all that stuff :)
