Soundblaster x4 , logitech z906 problem

Hello, I have a question whether this is how the card/speakers should behave. I have the card connected to the Logitech Z906 speakers with an s/pdif toslink cable. Every time, for example, I watch YouTube and when I stop the video or move it on the timeline, the speaker and decode indicators light up and they go off, it's annoying. Can it be fixed so that it comes on once after starting the system? Does anyone have this card?

maybe you can fix that by using soundkeeper https://veg.by/en/projects/soundkeeper/
or enable stereo mix in recording and enable listen to this device and then mute it to keep the signal active at al times

İ have the same card but never used toslink. Only problem i have is other softwares can conflict with sb app. For example if i install peace equalizer sb app patially doesnt work.
