SSD-Z doesn't display the core information.

As you can see above, SSD-Z doesn't display the core information such as Technology (I believe it's nand type) and cells. The second one is the Hynix Gold P31, which is a well-known product, but still lacks a lot of information.
Why does it happen and how do I solve it? I already tried it with admin, but no luck.
 
Unfortunately the developer of this stoppped quite a few years ago
