Hello,
I am trying to flash my Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 580 8gb bios to the Original ones. The reason I'm flashing is because It has the Gaming bios of Msi. The gpu has dual bios and one of them is original from sapphire and the other is from msi. The previous owner might've flashed the msi's one in the Gaming mode bios. I want to revert it back to the Sapphire Gaming ones, because It's giving visual glitches. Whenever I try to flash It gives error "SSID mismatch" in the cmd. I already have tried force flashing but that doesn't work in the 3.31 . I'm using the Amdvbflash 3.31 to flash it because 2.93 isn't avaiblable for download. The bios I'm downloading is https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191262/sapphire-rx580-8192-170320 Please can anyone help, how to bypass this error and get a successfull flash.

Strange, I just downloaded version 2.93 from "TechPowerUp NL" mirror. Did you try a different mirror?

Hello, I downloaded the version 2.93 but when I try to flash It gives me a error "Due to Microsoft Enhanced features this Application requires the user to be in Administrator mode." Even though I ran the cmd with admin privileges. I am using windows 11

Version 2.93 was released when Windows 10 was mainstream. Do you have a computer with Windows 10 where you can put temporally the graphics card in it?

I would move ATIFlash folder out of C: root, Windows doesn't like 3rd party applications in there. If that doesn't help, try ticking the checkbox "Run as administrator" for amdvbflash.exe, also check: Run in compatibility mode with Windows 10, under the Compatibility tab (hoping Windows 11 still has these options).

I ticked both of the amdvbflashWin.exe and amdvbflash.exe "Run as administrator" and move the AtiFlash folder to different drive. The Os System Requirements dialogue box still appears but when I click ok the process works, should I still continue the flash? It's saying "ROM UNLOCKED" after I click ok in the dialogue box

Did you try running with Windows 10 compatibility mode for amdvbflash.exe? I can't guarantee that it's going to work in this situation, as I never used amdvbflash. I'm just helping out on executable requiring admin privileges.
