I can get an answer here faster than looking on Steam.
My son has 2 Steam accounts. He wants to consolidate his games to one account. Can he move them?

You can't transfer games but you try the family share feature.

Can I Merge Accounts
Steam accounts can not be merged together.

Per the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam game subscriptions / CD keys are nontransferable and cannot be reset / moved between Steam accounts.
