Strange artifacts on GTX 1660 Super and also on integrated GPU

Hello

My specs:
MOBO: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI (MS-7E26)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7700
Graphics card: GTX 1660 Super
RAM: GoodRam DDR5, 32 GB, 6000 MHz, CL30
Cooler: Endorfy Fera 5 dual fan
PSU: MSI MPG A850G 850W
Monitor: DELL G2724D
Disks: 2xSSD (Crucial and Lexar) + HDD WDC
System: Windows 11 PRO Version: 24H2, build: 26100.1742

The problem is that artifacts appear all the time in any game, even the least demanding.
Artifacts are quickly appearing and disappearing colored squares of different sizes and sometimes flickering.
On the GTX, artifacts sometimes appear on a dark background in the browser, and sometimes the browser freeze for a short moment.
On the integrated card, the browser does not freeze, and there are no artifacts in it - but in games it is still the same.

I swapped HDMI cables - still the same;
I connected the computer to another monitor and TV - still the same;
I moved RAM to different slots and tried them one by one - still the same;
I did a processor test in PRIME95 - everything works fine, 0 errors;
I did a full memory test with MEMTEST - 0 errors;

I wanted to do a stress test of the cards in Furmark and:

on the GTX, Furmark hangs immediately and I have to end the process;
on the integrated card, it hangs after 2 seconds and throws a blue screen.

I have already looked through old similar topics on various forums where it turned out to be the PSU. Today I replaced the power supply with an MSI MPG A850G 850W, previously I had a CORSAIR RM750 - unfortunately the problem remained without any improvement.

Of course, all drivers updated.

Can anyone help :)?

Hmmm, the fact this happens with both your graphics card and the integrated graphics, and it happens with different monitors, and you have swapped cables too, that eliminates the graphics hardware from the equation.

I was about to suggest trying a different PSU, but you changed that out too.

You say all drivers are updated - when did the problem start? Was the problem with older drivers too?

Sadly, at this point, considering everything you have done to troubleshoot it thus far, I suspect your motherboard.

Well i just completly removed GTX from the mobo and now integrated gpu works like a charm. So it could be gtx? Or pci-e slot?
