Strange issue with Gigabyte Radeon RX5700XT v.1

Dear Members,

Before I started writing this post I read as much as I could to find potential resolution of issue with one of my cards mentioned in tread name. I tested everything however I can't bring back in service problematic card.
The issue is that I can't reflash card using any of the methods described here. Output from amdvbflash.exe is as below. Any attempt to upload bios ends up with 0FL01 - Can't read BIOS
I wonder why card shows SSID = 7310 instead of 73F1. I tried several BIOS versions, programming with IgorsLab tools on windows and DOS. Also with SPI programmer.
Is anything specific what I should try or card is definitely bricked and I should do mv card /dev/trash ?
