STUCK in rust HELP massive bug i don't know to fix

Hi, I've currently been stuck in rust for the past few hours, i was mid raid when suddenly my character froze in its spot, my screen turned white and i was put into -49 cold, i was still able to raid and interact i just could not move or f1 kill, even a Hv rocket wouldn't do the trick, ive joined another server and its all good, just on the server im playing its stuck, A message came up saying mismatched game files please verify, so i verified 3 times, restarted the game and my pc multiple times made no difference i even uninstalled and re installed the game and that didn't work, even the admin couldnt kill me, has anyone experienced this before? i also can't deal damage to anyone and they couldn't to me.

update, i created another account, played that account yesterday for a few hours all was good, just logged in on that account and my player is frozen like my other account, any ideas please help, i just deleted and rust and installed it to another hdd and tried again same issue
