Hi i've been experiencing some strange stutters while playing for months now, it started randomly in desperation i even decided to change my pc completely but nothing changed, it happens mostly when loading something real time in game like effects, animations fun fact is that the stutters will not repeat for the same animations or effects even after i close the game and restart it. But it resets after i reboot the pc
Specs does not matter. I already changed my whole pc completely and it still happens.. must be a setting or driver issue
but i can say that i use an AMD ryzen 5 7600 CPU if it can actually help somehow, no stutters are not gpu related i already tested 2 others
here is an example:
I already tried doing the following:
Clean reinstall of windows
Clean reinstall of drivers with DDU (old and new drivers)
Unplugged front usb (yes there was someone who was stuttering because of it so i tried it. Obviously it did not solve my problem)
Bios update
Installing latest amd chipset and so on drivers
Different hdmi cables
Disabled windows gaming mode
Disabled xbox overlay
Vsync on & Off (with free sync)
Monitored temps
Used Msi util to check the MSI box and putting high interrupt mode
Checked for DPC latency (still not sure i don't know how to read it but it says it's fine)
Checked with different HDMI cables and different monitor (btw i used this monitor for 5 years and had no issues)
Disabled Control Flow Guard (CFG)
Even tried to reset CMOS
Some other things i do not recall
