Subsequent images are different?

Hi I tried to run ATITool 0.26 but as soon as i click find max mem or max core then it comes up with an error that says "Init of findMax: Subsequent images are different. Please report bug"
Please help, I have an ATI Radeon 9600 XT if that helps
