System error beeps.. what is causing this ? " Video inside "of the beep sequence

So ive upgraded my system recently.. I got a 6900XT, a 5800x 3D, and 16gb more memory.. I got them all within the same time frame, and i no longer have my old cpu and gpu anymore. Everytime my system sits for say 10 hours.. when i boot it up.. It will Give 1 long beep and i think 2 or maybe 3 short fast beeps.

I cant tell though so i recorded.. Is this 1 long 2 short, or 1 long 3 short ? What is causing this ? What is weird, is the system boots up fine. itll do the beep but load up and go to windows.. Ive done like 10 instances of memtest "regular memtest" to load all my ram in windows, no errors, i even ran cinebench24 with memtest for 3 hours.. no errors. no rebooting.. My new 6900xt i overclocked to 2560 low 2660 high, any higher it artifacts at 2700 mhz.. But this issue is FIRST bootup.. not boot into windows.. I think ima remove two sticks of memory and go to stock settings 3200/1600 to see if its the cpu or not, because i do have the 5800x 3D running at 3733/1867 with 4 sticks of my g.skill 3600 cl16... but i get these beeps even with 3600/1800..

So i dunno... My 6900xt is used though, but its on a waterblock so its cool, i am using a thermaltake PCI-E 3.0 riser cable though, but if i set it to pci-e 4.0 it boots and plays games fine.. Maybe i need to eliminate the riser cable and go directly into the board to see if its the riser cable doing this..

Thanks for the help

here is the video with the beeps..

ok i found out, it only does this when the monitor is powered off, if i turn the monitor on first then boot up it beeps 1 beep which is normal and boots up.. If i turn the monitor off, itll do the 1 long beep 3 beeps.. but still boots up fine.

If i unplug the DP cable, it does the 1 long beep 3 short beeps but it boots into windows as i can hear it on the speakers.

Soooo why would the system do this when the monitor is off lol
