Its been awhile so what normally causes a system to lockup from memory its mostly CPU stability or RAM? this is a X299 system with a i7 7800x.

Tried
1. PSU replaced
2. SSD replaced
3. GPU replaced

Testing
1. Ram with no XMP

Stability issues can be from anything. Since you replaced half the computer already, it could be your ram...

Easiest way to find out is to run memtest and see if you get errors. Thats a start at least.

Could also be the motherboard thats coming to the end of its life. I had an X79 system that started to do the same.

I bet on ram too that was the first or second thing to replace, if ram pass, just try to disconnect all things (even a bad fan or hub conected to mobo can mess)

RAM and just an FYI no XMP probably isnt enough to test. You should properly test it.

RAM was replaced from the looks of it its the IMC.

Run the cpu stock with correct vcore and clocks, with correct volts to chipset, then enable xmp with correct vdimm, check your cooling temperatures, also system event viewer/bluescreen view

RAM was replaced from the looks of it its the IMC.
Id test the cpu in another mobo if possible
