Hey, just curious where is the second slot to add a second cpu

I came across some desktops that says it has 2 CPU's, but on the motherboard i don't see a second CPU slot
 
The 2nd CPU requires a riser. Complete with it's own RAM slots and cooler, which in turn connects to the two large white headers on the board.

Here is the Dell T5500 support page. User manual provides info on RAM slot population rules etc.
