Tag Heuer will partner with Intel and Google to create connected watch

There aren't any details yet as to what functions and features the watch will have but this seems to be an attempt to challenge Apple in the high-end, smart watch space. It also looks like the watch will be based on Android wear tech.

Not really understanding what features this will add to the watch shown. It appears to be a standard dial face watch. I don't see any potential for the features to be displayed, so I assume they are either strictly audible or accessible via linking to other devices.

It looks like it has a calorie counter which will probably be analog. But that's a good point, it doesn't really look any different but that might be the point - even once any electronics are obsolete, it will still have several standalone features and it will still look like a traditional TAG.
