my monitor was turning off after 15 minutes I was checking to see if it was going bad then I realized that I changed the power plan in windows and it set the monitor to turn off when I had it on never before I changed the power plan it took me 1 hour to find this lol

It still should only have turned off after 15 minutes if there was no activity going on. Are you saying it was turning off after 15 minutes while you were using it?

no, it turned off after idle I was watching tv then I noticed it turned off and didn't realize it set itself to 15 minutes after I had it on never
