Hello

When starting my computer i had this error code happen with my mouse ( logitech g203 wireless )

My keyboard started correctly when this happened ( they are both on the same USB port pair )

Checking the events windows recognized the device but failed to start it

Upon a restart it went back to normal again

I´m wondering , is my USB port or mouse somehow defective ? they both are in the warranty , i don´t know if i should use it

I´ve never had this happen since it got me worried

thanks

Update your BIOS, outdated AGESA code has some USB issues.

unfortunately it was already on the latest

my board is a mpg b550 gaming plus msi

thanks

If it went back to normal as you said, it's probably fine to ignore it and game on.

i found it weird to happen randomly

i don´t really mind the mouse but i´m worried if my usb port is somehow defective

one thing that i remember doing that i´ve moved my pc ( took it out of the power outlet ) and inverted USB ports ( used the mice port on the keyboard and the keyboard on the mice )

don´t know if it matter though

If you have random disconnects and reconnects, replace them.

one question , do usb works in pairs ? because my keyboard was connected adjacent to the mouse and it was working at the time

if it was broken the pair would be broken ? like both ports would fail ?
