If I turn the screen to black mode, it will hurt my eyes seriously. I turn the dark mode, my eyes have been comfortable when I was browsing website site which was appearing white background. I decided to buy a lamp, just considering the action should I take or not? No idea.
Dark mode or blue light glasses thing.
I have already tried in my way but no result.
I was actually thinking earlier about making a thread requesting a dark mode
This is a new thread about how to protect your eyes. You come a right place.
Use something like
RedShift in Linux or
Night Shift in OS X. It alters the gamma curve to limit the amount of blue light the display emits between dusk and dawn. If you have displays like mine that can get bright enough to burn holes in your retinas, you should consider turning the brightness down as well.
Horrible, hurt your eyes and to burn holes in your retains. It is horrible.
Some web browsers have the option built in. Using iCabMobile on the iPhone.

It's good and nice. However, when you were browsing the site for a long time under black mode, and then watch other views, you will find your eyes burn and pain at the same time.
Windows also has a built in night mode under the display settings. You can also see if your monitor has a built in blue light filter in the OSD
I have tried to turn the mode on, my screen has been yellow color and warm. I find that hurt my eyes too.
That's already been brought up in Comments and Feedback thread.
You also came a right place.
dark mode is amazing on all platforms - if you're using regular chrome, use a black theme since they have no dark mode.
Otherwise, tweak the monitor settings - low blue light mode, lower brightness/contrast, brighter room around you... lots of tricks that can help
I turned the brightness to zero, but the screen is still hurting my eyes.
type "night light" in windows search bar and setting will pop up, turn it on, you can also reduce screen brightness on monitor settings, also many browsers like mozzila or google have plugin thats called dark mode, whic makes most websites black color instead of white, whic helps ton, theres also bluelight sunglasses that u can wear, and there is golden rule: every 20 minutes look away from screen for 20 seconds to release tension from eye muscles
You suggestion about using the computer 20 minutes and take a rest for around 1 minutes. That's great. This is my way to do it. Thank you!
What monitor do you currently have?
LG

Is the light hurting you or the objects/letters?
If tis light the you can use a plug in like DarkReader (on Chrome).

If its not the light, then its the monitor and how its displaying objects/letters.
Thank you!
what about resetting your monitor, lowering the brightness and the contrast may save your eyes from bleeding
Why the contrast will hurt your eyes? i think the brightness wll my eyes seriously.
