This is for a kid who's currently playing Delta Force on an older laptop. He needs wifi and wanted ARGB. I'm thinking a 750W psu allows for a future gpu upgrade.

Well not sure what the pc parts availability/market is like in Europe, but if you want a quick comparison for psu'd

For ram I do like the crucial pro since it has a ton of SPDs at jedec speeds and Voltages so no messing with ram performance profiles in bios.

And pc partpicker does have a Germany location setting
PC Partpicker prices are normally higher than Geizhals. The two reviews I read on that psu said the fan can get noisy under load but for the price +7 year warranty I figure the kid can crank up his headset if it starts to get loud. lol
