Throttlestop 9.5 Cooling Problems

I run an intel i7 10700k and NVIDIA RTX 2060 on my gaming laptop and use Throttlestop to undervolt it and keep my temps down.
Without Throttlestop, temps hit the 95-100 zone while gaming and I've been able to get it down to 60 with throttlestop for the last 2 years without sacrificing performance.
Now temps are back up to 80-90 and I've changed nothing. What do I need to adjust? (Images below)

All I've done for my undervolt is Offset Voltage in FIVR to -115.2mV on the Core, GPU, & Cache

I also disabled turbo, and enabled speed shift

That's all I've touched and it has worked very well until recently

Time to open it up and repaste. This is not a software issue.

First off, if you disabled Turbo you have most certainly sacrificed performance.
As for the temperatures, when was the last time you cleaned your laptop? Air cooling can only work efficiently if it isn't clogged up with 2 years worth of dust ;)

As others mentioned above - you either take it to a service for clean-up + re-paste or do that yourself. If you prefer the latter - you might find a step by step guide on YouTube - which shows you exactly how to open-it up without damaging it. For paste i'd recommenced Arctic MX-6. You could use a tube of compressed air for cleaning the dust especially the fans - just keep in mint "to use short bursts (push it for max 2 seconds)" - cause longer bursts (even if it's just 10 seconds or so) - can cause some damage (careful about the speakers - canned condensed air is strong enough to brake their layer).
