Throttlestop sets values only for first CPU

I have tested it on a dual socket system and found that it sets the MSRs only for the first CPU but not the second. Is this
a known limitation?
 
 
Thanks for the update. So setting the affinity with two instances would be a workaround. Sounds acceptable to me.
