To flash BIOS on GTX 1650 with CH341A programmer.

I have a Zotac GTX 1650 GPU with 4GB and Samsung memory, but the issue is that it doesn't output video through any of its video outputs. So, I decided to try flashing the BIOS, but when I attempted to flash it, I noticed it has a 'IS25WP080' BIOS chip and I don't know how to flash it.
