Hi I have an old Toshiba and I wanted to update it but I don't know which CPUs are compatible with the model. If you can help me. I would need a list of compatible CPUs. For my Toshiba c855 1uj. Which mounts an Intel Pentium B960. The specifications are as follows. Sandy bridge. Socket 988B. rPGA. 32nm. Motherboard model PLCSF8 (U3E1) TYPE 2. HM70 with TDP 35W THANKS

According to this thread Pentiums and Celerons are the only ones fully supported on that motherboard. You could find a cheap i3/i5 and see if it works though. Like the i3 3120m or i5 3230m.
