Steam isnt capturing your team speak ,that's a third-party application. steam is only going to capture what is running in your game. Unless you're mixing the audio someway before it's recorded, with a different application, no your team speak would not be in the stream as far as I know

@DRDNA theres no audio in your stream video looks fine 720p
