The "GPP Slots Power Limit, W" setting in the BOS is currently set to 25. I have a Radeon 4890 which has a max draw of 190w, should I change this setting or am I completely off on what the setting is for? If I should change it, should I go to say 150? TIA

it wont effect performance at all, but might help with stability if you used PCI-E cards without external power connectors.
