Tserver problem when I try do the RX580 XFX memory test in ubuntu 20, can not install amdgpu driver in Ubuntu 14

Hi, when I try do the RX580 XFX memory test, I get a soft tserver,
1. when I use it in ubuntu 20, it comes error:

2. When I use in ubuntu 14, I can not install amdgpu driver, thus the system can not reconize this gpu.
Anybody can help?

Hello
First tell us if you can put the card in a windows environment.
If yes, let windows boot, then start GPU-z and make a picture from the main screen.
On the other hand, how you ended up to this error?
What was the previous symptoms ?
