upload to free image hosting failed

Hi!
I am on windows 10, 64 bit. While I am trying to use Upload to free image hosting in GPU-Z, it is returning an error, httpsendrequestex failed, error = 0(0x0), and then Upload failed. I have the latest internet explorer as well. Could not find a solution on google. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Never mind, trying it several times automatically solved the problem.
