Do someone know why it happens after waking computer from sleep?

Usually a PSU problem, but some motherboards allow that to happen if not built properly.

Frequent bug on ASUS boards (triggers OCP fault regardless of conditions). Sometimes it's a bad PSU, or since you have a super-old ASUS mobo - it could be bad caps on +5V rail.
Very rarely you can see this error if you have some awful gadget hooked up to USB port, like chinese USB-powered speakers, USB fan etc.

What's the model of your motherboard?

Or its shortcut somewhere. m4a785g

should've started with that. I'm not sure if your board has active or passive ESD protection, but if the protection IC is damaged, it may cause a short or a fault. Just in case you can try and reset BIOS (in case if OCP trip condition is simply saved by SuperI/O), and if it doesn't go away, then it's probably a good idea to take this board to a repair shop and get those ESD protection ICs looked at (small 6-pin chips near USB or Ethernet ports). Probably got one of them f$#%ed up when you plugged in a dead phone.

I'd expect an inrush current issue. I had tried a laptop cooler think it might do something to lower temps .... (it didn't to any significant extent) , But in the office I had it connected to a powered USB hub... on the road I just plugged it into the lappie USB and that was the end of USB on that system.
