Is this the norm when you only have 2 cha fan hookups and 2 pwr with 4 case fans?

You can use MOLEX-to-3pin FAN connectors. Most aftermarket fans come with this cable, for exactly that reason.

You can use any fan header on the board to power your fans though, although it is recommended to leave the CPU FAN connected to the CPU fan.

What would you do?

Option A, buy molex to 3 pin adapters

Option B, use the fan headers

Option C, just get a sweet fan controller
