VBIOS issues

Hello,

I currently own a Gigabyte Aero RTX 4070 OC V2 with a single 8-pin power connector, identified by Board ID 04D7 and Subsystem ID 1458-40E6. My GPU is running BIOS version 95.04.3E.08.CE, which appears to be for the 16-pin variant (Board ID 04D5). This causes power reporting inconsistencies in GPU-Z and potentially other stability issues.

I have backed up my current BIOS using NVFlash but am looking for the correct official BIOS tailored for the 8-pin version (Board ID 04D7) to ensure proper power delivery and stability.

If anyone has access to the official 8-pin BIOS for this model, or can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Also open to guidance on safely patching or modifying the existing BIOS.

Thanks in advance!

Did you buy it new or used? Did you replace the VBIOS at some point? Have you contacted Gigabyte?

just contacted gigabyte and asked for the vbios version I was looking and they told me to rma it also I bought it new. I was trying to update everything and downloaded Gigabyte control center and it forced a bios version for the 16 pin version of the AERO OC 4070
