video_tdr_failure nvlddmkm.sys error after updating with my Nvidia 630M

Hi
i have a lenovo ideapad Z570 with 2 graphic cards (Intel HD 300 and Nvidia 630M)
when ever i update my Nvidia graphic cards above the 305.XX version i got the video_tdr_failure nvlddmkm.sys when i open any game and work perfectly with the 305.XX or bellow driver

this happen to me on windows 7, 8, 8.1 and now with Windows 10 i tryed lots of solution found in the internet (updating the regestry, changing the nvlddmkm.sys ...) but nothing works for me
i did check the difference between the last version 353.62 and the 285.90 with GPU-Z and this what i got :

do i have to change the GPU clock after updating the driver??

I just checked at nvidia and the 353.62 is the latest driver for your card.
For windows 10 64 bit:

thanks for your answer for the latest driver its what i have know (you can see the first GPU-Z report above) i have this problem with any driver above 305.46 on any OS (tried it with win 7, 8, 8.1 and 10)
 
Are you saying that GFE is causing the error?
Hmmm....
Not specifically, but it has been known to cause issues.
It's not vital and can be safely removed.
