VNC Help!

Ok I am trying to connect to another computer on a lan. I have Ultra VNC on my computer, then VNC on another computer in a different room. Now how do I connect to it on my computer? And how do I connect to other computers that are not on my lan?
I am trying to access it to work on it as an outside computer, and I don't want it to take up the internet.

set it to a ip that isnt on your network like say, 192.168.5.2 then grab a second ip adress on your computer say, 192.168.5.3, and put them both on your router, make a third vlan and put your computer and that computer on that vlan [dont remove your computer from vlan1 or you will loose internet] and youll be set yay

Real vnc is easy to configure and ya you need the right ips
