Hello, M$ updated the scheduler in 1903 which theoretically should boost the performance by prioritizing using cores within the same CCX and something in addition to it.
On the other hand, LTSC usually has much less issues with new features because it doesn't get them + less telemetry which is always good. So I don't really want to use the 1903 over the LTSC.

And my question is: how much of a difference does 1903 make comparing to 1809 LTSC? Less frametime spikes may be, or more fps in general?

I haven't noticed any real world differences in performance. Though maybe it doesn't affect Zen+ chips as much as Zen 2?

You can use any Enterprise version of 1903 just fine. That way you get the best of both worlds.

we have an article with very in depth review work done on this... somewhere. i cant find the right link now apparently
