Not really sure if this belongs here or in the Ghetto Mods threads.
I can see something like this working in smaller mid-size cases but not really needed as much in large high airflow cases. I've seen something similar before where intake air is directed near the fans on the GPU. It all works for a few degrees but this guy made it look cooler (omg the pun!).
