Hello. I've been reading TechPowerUp review of Ryzen R5 1600x CPU and I found some results that looks weird to me.
At this page https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/Ryzen_5_1600X/15.html minimum fps of 7700k in Sniper Elite 4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider don't looks right to me.
There's definitely a mistake: Sniper Elite4 1920x1080 7700k 49 fps and in 2560x1440 same CPU 74 fps. I presume in some cases HT was off on 7700k.
I checked other CPU benchmarks and 7700k has normal fps, for example in i5 8600k bench i7 7700k in Sniper Elite on at 1080p has 100 fps minimum and in Rise of the Tomb Raider 94 fps minimum.

it looks like all those numbers are off including the ryzen, here are the same test from the i3-8350k review and they include the i7-7700 & ryzen 1600x
In i3 8350k test and in Ryzen R5 1600x test GPU is GTX 1080, maybe in-game graphic settings were different?

OP is looking at minimum FPS

Looked at it again, no idea what's going on with these results. HT was definitely not off, never touched this setting.

Minimum FPS is quite unreliable, just a short lag due to some OS activity can cause that
