Negative uncore wattage and a 55*C minimum on Core #1, this core is always colder than the others so I normally ignore it and mentally average across Core 0,2,3.

Room temperature is about ~20*C.
Uncore is basically northbridge functions, correct? so how can that be negative without being a bad reading?
Are faulty readings normal/common with Ivy?

What software are you using there?

Negative wattage is impossible so the software is reading the sensor wrong. You core temps look normal.

Faults in readings of monitoring software is always common.
There will be times the readings can glitch for a plethora of reasons.

Personally, it is software and I will use it for a reference not as fact.
And, will use an average of the readings as a clue to things.

If it happens the same all the time... it is probably the sensor or software.
If just once in a while... sunspots.

If you want to be sure and accurate; time to get out the test equipment.

try hwinfo64

ive been running it my entire tech days and love it with a passion, its fully programmable and rarely gives incorrect readings.

(only ones that is bogus on mine are the tempopt pins that have nothing connected to them)

I had some trouble with hwmonitor my self. Now I'm using open hardware monitor.

AIDA64 is the best monitoring software.

All other are simply pretenders.

Too many open tabs, id rather something small and simple!

As AIDA64 is extremely customizable, one may have as many (or as few) monitored items displayed as one wishes; either with the Sensor Panel, OSD, LCD on certain keyboards, and I believe there are even Rainmeter plugins.

But I understand it is not for everyone, especially since fully functional version are by subscription.

Thanks guys I'll try cross checking it with hwinfo64, I have Aida but I liked hwmonitor's minimalistic approach.
