Just got a new 990 pro 4TB but after install new win, I feel the pc is so slow so I run crystaldiskmark and see read speed is only 1200 and write is only 500. I tried samsung magician but it does not detect mew firmware for the drive or detect the drive correcrly. It shows Na in that app. I tried to run iso file to update firmware but it cant detect the drive also. what can I do?
look like the 990 pro I got from ebay was bought from Temu. Just take a closer look and the pcb is green instead of black. send it back to seller.
