i own a sapphire rx 570 pulse 4gb variant, it has some weird issue related to hevc (x265/h265) codec. The game is recorded properly, even the playback is fine but when you scroll through either in vlc or video editors (tried both camtasia and premier pro) it would flicker with blackscreen (in camtasia), same flicker in premier pro but instead a grey screen and finally it comes to vlc there's grey screen flicker with artifacts. The issue didn't occur for few days when i swapped back to it from my 1050 ti but now i am obliged to use 1050 ti because i prefer nvidia thought rx 570 is 43% faster but this issue is bothering me alot otherwise i would use my rx 570 always, i am actually tired of this strange issue, i have done clean install / ddu many times, as games are getting more demanding both of these gpus are gonna be obsolete soon but these are the best i got 'cause i can't afford a new one.
