That would be the driver Windows uses when it can't find the actual driver for your gpu. Normally that is fixed by downloading and installing the proper driver from the manufacturer.

Is this the same card that you posted about in April of 2023? If so, I wouldn't get your hopes up. I just read that thread on your post history, and that looks like a GPU with hardware damage.

i grabbed it again . its memories are samsung k4G80325Fb. any bios i flashed on it that was for these memories did a thing with some vertical stripes at startup. this was only with a cold boot. after a bunch of restarts posted correctly and performed correctly which is why it bothers me . its very possible that this gpu was created exactly for mining but it wont be long until it reaches flashing limit and this all will be over. Now i flashed a bios for k4G80325Fc types of mem , enabled csm , disabled secure boot . did another cold boot and posted correctly . no stripes yet but im very pessimistic. thanks for the replies

another answer that i found was that this copy of bios has basic display in its description because at the time it was uploaded with gpu-z , it only had the basic driver installed most probably meaning that an official driver might not work with it since the purpose of the gpu is to mine or got damaged from being mined with

Only the person that wrote it would know. That description is not from GPUZ it is a user field you can write in before pressing submit. There is nothing official about those descriptions.

Its a generic vesa compatible driver by ms which is just to get it working, it is not optimized for everything.
