What header should I plug out to disable RGB on my Palit Dual RTX 4060 GPU?

Just a guess but i would say you don't unplug either. Since card has 2 fans likely separate headers for each fan.

Pull out the white one, if the fans aren't working, and the RGB is still on, you know what to do.
