It may sound dumb but I've been having an issue of stuttering while playing some games, and I would say the games are pretty easy to run so I have been hunting down how to fix this issue. I have tried many things already such as having the latest drivers/chipsets/Bios, clean install of windows, replaced ram sticks. no luck on most of it, I RMA'd my gpu and they gave me a new gpu but my issue was still happening any help would be greatly appreciated.

On Bios 1905.
