Cooler Master TD500 is a good white case that has a few nice features, Another great choice would be the Phanteks P400 in white.

Not good for a radiator though.

I think for air cooling still the best case out there.

Check Amazon, Best Buy, New Egg, you should find something in there to give you an idea then start checking prices pcpartpicker can be helpful
I got a Lian-Li O11 Vision PCMR Edition for $129 from Amazon. Available in white.

It is much cheaper than 150$ but in my opinion it is more fun to put the money you save in other parts because it is a very good PC case.

Fans are not included in the price of this case, by the way.
