What's a possible budget AM3 WC setup?

So I've been reading about water cooling the fast few days and I still have no idea what it's all about. Would it be possible to put together a decent AM3 WC setup for somewhere between 100-150? I only need one loop (I learned that much

) since it's solely for cooling the CPU.
